HOUSE RULES

The following persons are prohibited from placing a sports betting wager or collecting winnings on wagers:

  1. A patron who is not of legal age to wager;
  2. A patron who is self-excluded or barred;
  3. Any individual whose participation may undermine the integrity of the wagering, the sports event, or the other event;
  4. Any individual who is athlete, coach, referee, player, trainer, or personnel of a sports organization in any sports event or other event overseen by that individual’s sports organization who, based on information that is not publicly available, has the ability to determine or to unlawfully influence the outcome of a wager;
  5. An individual who holds a position or authority or influence sufficient to exert influence over the participants in a sporting contest, including coaches, managers, handlers, and athletic trainers, such that their actions can affect the outcome of a wager; and
  6. An individual with access to exclusive information on any sports event or other event overseen by that individual’s sports governing body that is not publicly available information, or any individual identified by any list provided by the sports governing body to the Warhorse Sportsbook.

By participating in sports wagering activities at WarHorse Casinos’ facilities, guests will be deemed to have agreed to the Sportsbook House Rules.

All wagers are cash only.

Minimum wager is $5. The max net payout (payout after stake has been deducted) is $50,000.

Management reserves the right to limit or refuse any wager.

A wager may not be placed on a collegiate Nebraskan team while playing within the state.

Odds may change on tickets due to injuries, postponements, lineup changes etc. It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to understand how their odds may be affected by various changes as outlined in the house rules. If there is an integrity issue surrounding an event as identified by the International Betting Integrity Association, WarHorse will post a message at https://www.warhorsecasino.com/sportsbook and post details at the retail sportsbook windows. ​

Guests taking longer than 5 minutes to place their wagers at the betting window, may be asked to use the Sports Betting kiosks to process their wagers.

All wagers will be evidenced by a ticket.

Guests should verify that all wager information is accurate on guest-facing monitor prior to bet placement at the betting window. Once a wager is accepted by both parties, tickets will not be altered or voided except at the discretion of WarHorse Casino. Guests are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the ticket prior to leaving the betting window.

Betslips should be reviewed by guests prior to bet placement at Sports Betting kiosks. Tickets go as written at Sports Betting kiosks. No voids.

No winning wager will be paid without the customer copy of the ticket except as deemed necessary by Warhorse Casino.

WarHorse Casino is not responsible for lost, stolen, unreadable or unredeemable tickets.

Winning tickets are not redeemable by mail.

All winning tickets are valid for 365 days after the date of the event.

Vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.

Identification information is required at certain thresholds of wagers and payouts in accordance with State and Federal Regulators.

All wagers will be deemed to have been accepted from the person placing the wager only, and not on behalf of any third party. Proxy betting is prohibited and is against state law. Wagers shall only be cashed out by the original ticket purchaser.

Any dispute relating to how wagering tickets are graded in accordance with the house rules should be emailed to sportsbook@warhorsegaming.com or brought up to the Sportsbook Supervisor at the retail location during the sportsbook’s standard hours of operation.  Please allow up to 5 business days for an official response.  Should the response not be considered satisfactory, a dispute may be filed with NRGC by completing the NRGC Complaint form at www.nrgc.gov.
